Firearm Purchasing Policy

The term “Traction Arms” or “us” or “we” or “our” refers to Tractions Arms, LLC, the owner of the website. The term “you” refers to the user or viewer of our website.

Purchasing Process

Purchasing firearms online is similar to regular online shopping you may be used to. The only difference is that we will not be able to ship to you directly and require an FFL in your area or you to pick it up from us locally and we will perform the FFL transfer. Please make sure to read and understand our firearm policy before ordering.

To buy from us online, you must provide two things:

  1. Payment through either debt card or credit card
  2. A copy of an FFL from your local firearms dealer that you wish to pick up your purchase from. Most stores will perform this transfer and have this on file but we suggest you call them first and find out if they take transfers before ordering.

One you make your payment and checkout, your order will be pending. You must contact us with your FFL information before we will process your order. You may send your dealers FFL, your full name, and order number to FFL@tractionarms.com.

Processing and Shipping

Items marked as “In Store” normally ship within 3-5 business days once the receiving FFL has been verified. If the order is changed, this may reset the processing time to ship your order.

Firearms Return Policy

Unless noted in the description, all firearms are sold as new. We do inspect firearms we receive from the distributor for any defects however, before taking ownership at your FFL you should examine the firearm and make sure it is what you have ordered and there are no issues.

If there are any issues with your firearm, do not accept the transfer and contact us. We will ship the firearm back to us at our expense and provide you an option with your choice of a replacement or full refund. Once you accept the transfer, the firearm is now considered to be used and must be returned directly to the manufacturer for warranty repair or replacement by you at your expense. Any firearm that is accepted from an FFL is NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-RETURNABLE.

Compliance

The customer is responsible for confirming the firearm is legal in their state of residence. If you need certain modifications to your firearm before it is shipped, please contact us to avoid any delays.

If a firearm is shipped to a state where it is not legal, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee.

If the customer is declined a background check (ATF Form 4473) or the customer is unable to be transferred the firearm by the FFL for any reason including failure to check local laws and unable to be transferred the firearm, the customer is responsible for the shipping fee of returning the firearm and a 15% restocking fee will be assessed.

Cancellations

Orders canceled after processing (order has been placed, invoiced, or shipped) and unopened items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Goods only accepted within 30 days of the original invoice date. Refused shipments are subject to return freight charges. Traction Arms, LLC reserves the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders at our discretion.
