We are located in New York so any orders shipped to New York destinations will be charged sales tax based on the delivery zip code. Any sales tax collected is held and paid directly to New York state. No refunds of sales tax will be given upon completion of the purchase.
If you are making payment with a debit card, please understand Traction Arms will take no responsibility for any overdraft charges associated with this purchase including any charges associated with processing errors.
Prices reflected on the website are for cash/bank transfer payments. When checking out with a credit card, a 3% merchant fee will be assessed.
By purchasing firearms or ammunition from Traction Arms, you affirm that you:
- Are a U.S. citizen or Permanent Resident
- Have never been convicted of a felony or crime punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding one year
- Have never been adjudicated as mentally defective or been committed to a mental institution
- Have never been a fugitive from justice, an unlawful user of any controlled substance

We are unable to ship any firearm directly to any individual. You may pick up firearms purchased from Traction Arms using our local pickup option at our Tonawanda, NY location and we will perform the FFL transfer. Only the person who has purchased the firearm online will be allowed to pick it up. For online orders that require shipping, your order will be placed on hold and not processed until we receive the dealers FFL information. You may have your dealer send their FFL, your order number, and your full name to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you wish us to collect it, please provide the FFL name you would like your item shipped to us. Make sure to review all local laws and confirm your product with your local dealer before ordering. Traction Arms is not responsible for any return shipping or restocking fees as well as any fees charged by your FFL to transfer the firearm to you.
Traction Arms is not a gunsmith. Any firearms listed as new are sold with any existing warranties and guarantees provided by manufacturer and any issues should be directed to them. All our used firearms are sold as is. We make sure to test, clean, and certify any used firearm offered however, any issues with the firearm not covered by the manufacturer is not the responsibility of Traction Arms.
You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase ammunition. Traction Arms reserves the right to request identification prior to shipping your items. Ordering ammunition to a restricted location will result in your order being canceled.

We do not ship to any of the following states:
Alaska, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington D.C.
California: We do not ship to Los Angeles, Oakland, Sacramento, San Francisco or Avalon. For orders to the rest of California, we do ship to local dealers and will require an FFL before we release your order.
New York: We do not ship ammunition to New York City or the surrounding boroughs. We do ship ammunition to the rest of the state of New York and also offer local pick up for Buffalo, NY area buyers.
